Identify the sales floor, fitting area or entrance

Describe the aisle, fitting-room approach, display or doorway where the incident happened. Wider photographs can show the relationship between the condition and available walking space. Note what you directly saw, including any warning signs or movement of objects.

Keep the visit records and exact business name

Save purchase or return receipts and pickup confirmations. Outlet, concession and related retail formats may have different names. Retain the locator name and the business shown on your records rather than assuming that related brands are interchangeable.

Preserve the condition and timeline

• Write down the date, approximate time and precise location.
• Keep original scene photographs and witness contact information.
• Report the incident and request its report number or available report details.
• Save receipts, footwear, treatment records, bills and documentation of missed work.

Give your attorney the branch identity, incident area and time window so a preservation request can identify potentially useful footage and records. A camera aimed at a counter may not show a doorway or shared walkway. The store operator and property manager may hold separate records. Preserve requests and responses; unavailable footage does not by itself establish responsibility.

California Tillys location directory

The following 89 distinct locator listings across 80 cities were collected from the retailer’s official pages and reviewed October 12, 2026. This is a sourced location list and may be incomplete; it is not a record of accidents. Confirm current operation and details with the retailer, and verify the business and branch address for your incident date. Names and addresses are retained as supplied by the locator.

Discuss your store injury with Weiss Attorneys

Bring the address, incident date, photographs, report details and treatment history to your consultation. A fall alone does not establish responsibility.
